This is a lady that had extensive fat in the mons pubis area with a hanging mons pubis.  She underwent a mons pubisplasty.  With this procedure, I reduce the fat from the area and also elevate the loose tissue and suspend this tissue.  This procedure is done as an outpatient procedure at the hospital.
