Even when you do get back to exercising and your normal diet, it can be hard to lose weight.  When you lose the weight you may find it was only half the problem, as you now have a sagging tummy that won't go away.  Your breasts may also sag or lack volume. These are things that exercise and diet simply cannot fix, but we can help. If you want to regain some of your youthful appearance, a mommy makeover may be the answer for you.

What Is a Mommy Makeover?

A mommy makeover is a custom-designed combination of procedures to help women regain their pre-pregnancy bodies. Pregnancy causes significant changes in a woman's body, many of which cannot be reversed by dieting, exercise, skin care, and other things you can do on your own.

 

Procedures we commonly include in a mommy makeover are:

• Breast Surgery, including Breast Augmentation or Breast Lift

• Liposuction

• Tummy tuck

• Facial Rejuvenation

 

The exact combination depends on your concerns and goals. Breast surgery, for example, depends on the changes your body experienced during pregnancy. Breast sagging is common after pregnancy, which can be addressed with a breast lift. Breast augmentation can help if you want to restore lost volume. If you have sagging and lost volume, the two can be combined. Breast reduction is available if your breasts have enlarged too much since pregnancy. 

 

A Breast reduction will decrease the size of the breast and uplift as well as reshape the breast.  This procedure is usually covered by insurance.

Liposuction can target isolated areas of "baby fat" that just won't go away, no matter how hard you exercise.

A tummy tuck can not only improve the contour of your tummy, giving you a flatter abdomen and slenderer waist, but it can help get rid of stretch marks on the lower abdomen.

Facial rejuvenation, in the form of nonsurgical cosmetic treatments, can also be paired with body procedures to help you look fresher and younger. Facial plastic surgery procedures are generally performed separately, but can be scheduled as part of your mommy makeover.
