This is a 52YO lady that has a beautiful face. She has very good facial structures. She had started getting some looseness of the face with some excessive fat in the neck. She had lost her distinct jaw line. She underwent facial and neck rejuvenation. As you can see, you can now see her jaw line and she has good angles to the neck. The looseness that she had in her mid-face has now been uplifted. Some fat was added around the side of the chin to correct some of the indentions just inferior to the mouth.
This procedure is done with IV sedation in the office.

This is a 58YO who has developed some looseness in her face and excessive fat in her neck area. She has also lost the prominent border of her mandible. Her face looks like it goes directly to her neck. She underwent a face and neck rejuvenation procedure. This was don in the office with IV sedation. This is a lady who had excessive fat in the neck. She lost all the border of the mandibular border angle and had jowling and generalized looseness of the neck and face. She wished some facial rejuvenation. As you can see now you can now see her mandibular border and the neck has been totally corrected. The rest of the face has been rejuvenated. This is a procedure that is done in the office. Once the fat from the neck is removed it does not usually come back unless there is an excessive weight gain.

This is a 60ishYO otherwise healthy gentleman who wished some improvement in his facial appearance. He does not smoke. He had some early jowl formation and looseness and laxity in the neck. He had some deep labial folds. He underwent under general anesthesia through outpatient surgery. He had tightening of the SMAS and the platysmas in the neck. This has much improved his jawline and his contour. It has even flattened somewhat his deep nasal labial folds. He is shown two months post op. He has gotten a really nice result.

This is 55YO lady that desires some cosmetic improvement of her face. She had some banding in the neck and some jowling. Also she had lost a lot of fat in her face. Her brows were just a little too low. She had some puffiness in the lower lids. She underwent a face, neck, and brow lift. She also underwent a blepharoplasty. We did fat grafting to her face. As you can see now, the areas where she was hollow on the sides of her face and around the area just lateral to the chin have been filled in with fat grafts. I also put some fat in her lips because she was losing volume in her lips as most people do with aging. The fat grafts last typically around 5-10 years which is much longer than filler.

This is a 47YO lady that had a lot of concerns with excessive fat in the neck and also loss of the jaw line. She had no distinction of her face and neck. It appeared that the face just blended into the neck. This was due to the excessive fat in the neck and the looseness of the facial tissue. She underwent face and neck rejuvenation. As you can see, she now has a nice jaw line with a nice, sharp angle to her neck. Whenever you remove fat by trimming it out with liposuction, it usually stays gone for many years. The procedure is done with IV sedation in the office.

This is a 51YO lady that is getting some generalized looseness in her lower face and neck area. She has lost the angle of the neck. She started getting some jowling. She is getting indentions under chin. She underwent a face and neck lift with IV sedation in the office. As you can see, she now has a nice, sharp angle on her neck. She does not have any indentions around the lower chin area. She has a much more refreshed look now.

This is a 53YO lady who desires some facial rejuvenation. She is getting some generalized looseness of the lower face and neck area. She has also started to jowl and get loose tissue in the neck.
She underwent facial rejuvenation with tightening of the deep tissue of the face and neck with fat grafting around the chin and prejowl area. You can see that the mandibular border is much stronger now because we fat grafted around the mandibular border and removed some fat below it. The fat that filled in the lower part of the mouth helped the aging around her mouth and chin.
These procedures are done in the office with IV sedation.
If she would have had a typical facelift which just involves pulling the tissue tight, she would not have the natural look that she has now nor would she have had the profound corrections around the mouth and jawline area.

This is a 60-year-old lady who complained of a tired appearance of her face. She was also developing some jowling. Her eyes were not as bright as she desired. She underwent a face, neck, and brow lift. She also underwent a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty. Fat grafts were placed in the tear trough deformities around the eyes. Postop results show her where the neck has been tightened and all the looseness around the neck, mouth and brow area have been corrected. Fat has been used to help fill in some of the hollowness around the lower lids.

This lady is quite healthy and active. She wishes for some improvement in her face. She specifically wanted improvement along the border of the jaw bone and neck line. She also wished some reduction in the size of her earlobes. She underwent a facelift with plication of the SMAS and fat injections along the mandibular border and mid face. She also had a reduction in the earlobe size. She has gotten a very nice improvement in the contour of the jaw line and improvement in the heavy wrinkles in the neck and thinning of the midline of the neck. She feels and looks considerably younger than her age.

This is a 57YO lady that felt she had a tired look to her face. She is a very active lady but her face was starting to show significant signs of aging. She had looseness in her neck with extra fat with jowling. She had generalized looseness around the mouth. She had some descent of the brows and her eyes did not appear as vibrant as she desired. She underwent a face, neck, and browlift in the office. She had some fat transfers to help restore fat in areas where she was deficient. The fat was removed from the neck and the jowl area and grafted to the areas she need more fat.
As you can see she now has a defined jawline with no more jowling. Her eyes are much more vibrant since her brow was gently elevated.

This is a 45YO lady that desired some cosmetic improvement of her jawline and neck area. She underwent some fat removal from the neck and fat grafting to the chin and area in front of her jowl. We have now strengthened up her jawline from fat grafting and removal of excessive that was below the jawline. I also did some fat grafts around the lower eyelids to help improve the appearance of the lower eyelid.

This is a 70YO lady who noticed increased fat in her neck and in the mandibular border. She had some generalized looseness of the face. She was starting to jowl and get looseness around the lateral mouth area.
She underwent a face and necklift with fat grafting around the eyes and around the mouth. As you can see, she now has a distinct mandibular border. I eliminated the extra fat in the neck as well as the loose hanging skin of the neck. Fat grafts fill in areas where there is deficiency of fat that occurs with natural aging. This usually occurs at the junction between the eyelid and the cheek as well as in front of the jowl and the chin.
This procedure is done in the office with IV sedation. Patients can go home about an hour after surgery. They can shower and wash their hair the next day.

This is a 60YO lady that desires some cosmetic improvement of her face and neck area. She has lost the sharpness of her mandibular border. She does have jowling and a lot of wrinkling and looseness around the chin area. This is due to loss of fat in the area of the chin and jowling is due to excessive fat that has occurred in the jowl area. There is a lot of banding and looseness in the neck. She underwent a face and necklift as well as fat grafting to strengthen the chin area and to fill out some of the loss of volume of fat in the chin. The loss of fat in the lower mouth and chin area has caused a lot of the wrinkling and irregularities in that area. In order to give a face a natural appearance, we remove fat in the areas where it is excessive and add fat where the fat has been lost. The loose skin and fallen soft tissue is gently repositioned. These procedures are usually done in the office with IV sedation. People are usually off work about 10 days following this procedure.

This is a patient that had multiple neck fusions which had diminished her height and resulted in a good bit of looseness in her neck. She was interested in something to help with the loose skin in her neck and the jowl formation. She had several procedures done on her neck including cool lipo and radiofrequency ablation in attempts to tighten the neck skin. None of these were successful. She underwent a face and browlift. The browlift nicely corrected most of the tissue folding falling out over her lash line. The facelift tightened her face and her jawline and removed a great deal of the redundancy in her neck. Unfortunately the prior neck procedures resulted in scar in the subcutaneous tissue that limits considerably how tight you can get the neck. In light of her prior procedures she has gotten a very nice result.

This is a 70YO lady that desires some cosmetic improvement of the aging that has occurred to her face and neck. With aging people gain fat in certain areas and lose fat in other areas. On this lady, I removed fat from her neck and jowl area and added fat around her chin area. She now has rejuvenation of her jawline and neck. Overall we have added fat to the areas of the face and this makes her look much better and younger.

This is a lady that desired some cosmetic improvement of her neck and chin area. She did not have a defined mandibular border and had fullness in the neck. This made her look like she had a weak chin and weakness of the whole mandible. She underwent a neck lift and I did fat grafting to the chin and mandibular border. This has significantly strengthened up her lower face and neck area. Now with the surgery on the neck and chin area, she has a much prettier face and looks much more vivacious.

This is a 50YO lady that has accumulated excessive fat in her neck. She has lost the defined border of the mandible. Also, she has excessive fat in the jowl area. She has indentions between the jowl and the chin which is a sign of aging. She underwent a lower facial and neck rejuvenation. Fat was removed from the neck and also it was removed from some of the jowl area. Then there was fat that was placed in front of the jowl area to help fill in the marionette lines between the chin and the jowl area.
